"Here's what you're going to need before we get started with our exercise program today which is targeting the hips and the butt. First of all, a mat. A mat is great to have whether you're in the house or not just because it adds a little more cushion. It is optional. If you do have a plush floor that doesn't hurt your back then you're more than welcome to just use that, or, lay a towel down on the floor, that works, too. So a mat is number one. Number two, you're going to need some weighted balls. These are weighted balls and they're yoga balls and they weigh about 2 lbs each. Also, I have a bigger ball which is optional. It weighs 6 lbs. Also, you're going to need some dumbbells. These can be anywhere from 3-10 lbs, it just depends on what you need and what you like and how strong you are. Dumbbells are always great to have and you can get these products anywhere that sells fitness equipment, and they're all virtually cheap. You can get them for a really good price. You'll also need some type of tubing or a band. You'll see what we do with these later. You can either use something like this, which is a flexible band, or I have a yoga strap which can be used as well. Also, for this workout, we can never forget to come into it with a great attitude and great music. Those are two things that really keep me going and keep me jump started, and I think it'll help you, too."
