"Ok, so today we are working on firming the hips and the butt but first I think it's important that we know that you cannot spot train when it comes to getting rid of dimples and things that you don't like about your body. There's no such thing as doing exercises that are specific for certain areas and then it's just the flab going away. Really it's a matter of reducing your body fat percentage. When you reduce your body fat percentage you lose fat in different areas of your body and then the muscles are able to shine through once the fat is gone. We really can't say where the fat is going to come from, that's really a genetic thing. You can ask your parents or blame them or whatever you want to do but you have no control over that. But what you do have control over is toning the muscles that are in specific areas and when you tone the muscles it can shape you differently but it all works together. So it's really important to have a good balanced lifestyle and that means having a great diet. A great diet will consist of adding fiber to your diet more fiber also fruits, vegetables and cutting back on the fat. You really want to get a good intake of water and you just want to practice your eating habits in a way where you?re eating at least like five small meals a day. That will greatly reduce body fat. Also, I just want you guys to know that we're going to do these exercises and you will see results but the better you are with your diet then the better results you'll see. So let?s start on toning the hips and the butt."
