"Hello, I'm Kyle Brayer. Now that you've finished your in home chest workout, make sure that you cool down. Chest is a large muscle group. You don't want to crash from having a heart rate extremely elevated to just doing nothing. So you're going to get on a treadmill, put it at a slight incline, walk, let your heart rate come down slowly. After you're done with that and your heart rate's come down to a resting position, you're going to go through your stretches. So once again, we'll start with our chest stretch. So Carrie interlaces her fingers behind her back. She's going to pull the arms away from the body until she feels tension in the chest and the shoulders. She'll hold here for thirty seconds. Once she feels that tension, she's going to hold it, and then once the tension goes away, she'd add pressure. Then we'll release. And then she'd do her back stretch. So her arms are interlaced in front of her, rolling her fingers out. After a workout is a great time to take advantage of the muscle inside the, I'm sorry the blood inside the muscle. That workout feeling that will actually allow you to stretch further into the muscle. We're going to reach down for our toes and stretch that lower back. Down. She's still here. Again she's breathing, inhaling, exhaling through the mouth. And come up. And that'll complete your cool down and stretching. "
