"I'm Kyle Brayer and your next in home chest workout will be the dumbbell incline fly. Again you can use a stability ball, you can do them on the ground or as we've chosen an adjustable bench. Kerry's got the five pound dumbbell, she is going to bring them up to her chest. She is going to use her abs to bring her back. She is going to rest her back flat on the bench and put her feet flat on the floor, this will give her a nice base. From here she's going to push the weight up and she is going to make a circle with her arms. Once she's made the circle with her arms all she is going to do is break the circle, keeping that nice bend in her arms till these dumbbells are in line with her chest. And then she is going to come back up and down. This is the positive portion so she is exhaling as she comes down to the negative she is inhaling. Exhaling and inhaling. Now this exercise since we are in an incline is not only working that outer portion since it's a fly but it's also working the upper portion of her chest. So upper and outer is the incline fly. Exhale and inhale and then she can bring the weights in down to her chest and she is going to use her abs to pull her up. That's the incline dumbbell fly."
