"Hello I'm Kyle Brayer and your next in home chest workout will be the incline press. Again we are using a bench but you can also use a stability ball and roll your hips slightly off the front of the ball so your body is at a slight incline. That will allow you to work the upper portion or your pectorals or the upper portion of your chest. Kerry has five pound dumbbells, She is going to bring them up to her chest and sit back nice and slow under control, using her abs and her core to bring her back so she's not jerking back on the bench. And keep her chest nice and high with her feet flat on the ground, back flat on the bench and she is going to rotate the palms away from her body and press up to her starting position. So she presses up and then she will come down until those arms are parallel to the ground just as in the flat bench press and then she will come back up. Inhaling on the way down, exhaling on the way up. Exhale, inhale again she is getting that shake because she is using dumbbells which is the benefit of any sort of dumbbell training. Down and back up, she is keeping her abs tight and her chest high as she does this exercise. And you can go ahead and bring that up. So she brings the weight back down to her chest she uses her abs to pull herself up and drops the weight back down to her thighs. This is an incline dumbbell press."
