"All right we also want to make sure that we have enough space when we're stretching. You just want to make sure that you have enough space to really stretch out and stretch your arms out. I always do the arm test, just to make sure I'm not bumping anything. You want a nice open space and also you may want to light candles or set the mood or something like that. Just so you can relax better. Also, you want to make sure that there are no sharp edges anything around you that could harm you in any way. Like right now, I have a very clear, clean space. You want to create this. Also with stretching, you want to make sure your clothes are comfortable. You want clothes that move with you. You should avoid things like jeans or khakis or things that are sort of hard, that don't really move with you. I like anything that has a little elastic to it. Like these pants, they're nicely fitted and they're soft, and it moves with my body. And my shirt is just a cotton shirt, a cotton shirt that I like that's very comfortable. So just anything that you feel comfortable in, that you feel you can move in. That really helps you to be comfortable, so that you can move into different stretches. And now we're ready to begin our stretching."
