"Hello I'm Kyle Brayer and now that you've finished your in home deltoid workout, it's very important to cool your body down. Since your heart rate has been elevated for between thirty minutes and an hour, you really need to bring it back down to that resting heart rate level. So walking at a small incline on a treadmill or going outside for a walk would be very beneficial. As far as stretching we will go back to the same stretch as we did before our deltoid workout. Kerry is going to bring her arm across her body, she is going to put her left hand over that elbow right around the triceps area. She is going to keep her back nice and straight and she is going to breath throughout the exercise. She will hold this for thirty seconds, putting pressure on it until she feels tension, holding in that position and as the tension goes away she can a little more pressure. And we'll switch arms. Stretching is very important not only to elongate the muscle and help with the repair process for the next few days. You will be going to what is called as delayed onset muscle soreness and the stretching will really help with that. But it will also prevent injury later. And for another stretch Kerry will bring her arm up and over her head and she will grab her opposite triceps with her other arm and she is going to pull. This will give her a nice stretch in her deltoid as well as up to her triceps which you got a little bit of work in the deltoid workout. She is going to breath naturally and she'll switch. Again we are holding each of these stretches at home for a good thirty seconds. And that will conclude your cool down on the stretching."
