"Hi I'm Kyle Brayer and your next in home shoulder workout will be arm circles. Arm circles are usually the last exercise performed. It's going to help loosen up the muscle in the joint as well as give you a nice pump up inside the deltoid. Kerry here is going to stand feet shoulder width apart. She is going to put her arms straight out to the sides, and she will start making small circles going forward. This is a military type exercise so you are going to be doing a lot of repetitions in a fairly long amount of time. As her shoulders become fatigued she is going to make slightly larger circles. And last she is going to end up with giant circles. And this is really going to help loosen up the shoulders as well. So the rotator cuff, the whole shoulder joint will loosen up and stretch, as well as she is getting very fatigued in her shoulders. About now she'll stop and she will begin making small circles going backwards. And again she will start to make a little bit larger circles. And then she will end up with nice long big circles. Alright go ahead and rest for a second Kerry. Now with this exercise, the more you do this exercise the longer you will be able to keep your arms up, depending on your weight and the muscle mass on your arms. Your arms may be heavier or lighter, you can add a three or five pound dumbbell to add more resistance. You can also bring the arms straight out in front of your body and make arm circles in front of your body. So small circle will also have the same affect except that it will shift the weight to the side, which is the lateral portion of the deltoid to the front, the anterior portion of the deltoid. And those are arm circles. "
