" Hi! I’m Lachland Clarke on behalf of Expert Village. I would like to invite you to visit our website at www.teamclarke.org. The sled? Linda's; this is a pretty futuristic, well it’s not futuristic any more, but this is actually Doug Swingley's, one of his spare sleds from a the Iditarod last year and he never used it. I used it last year in Iditarod. He has a sled that is very similar. He and Eric Pack and Jason Barron sort of worked on the sled design. That’s carbon fiber Kevlar so it’s, Linda's is ash, a little older style in terms of materials but just like anything else, it’s getting to be more carbon and Kevlar and that sort of thing. This one only has one stansion and a knee joint. You see it is kind of pretty different look to it and it has an ergo shaped handle bars. That’s pretty traditional and this sort of fits your wrist better than that sort of thing. What’s the stansion part? Right here. Sort of the angle vertical brace. The driving bow or handle bar. This part right here. See how different it is. How this is shaped. Looks pretty weird when you look at it at first. "
