"LASZLO HUVE: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Laszlo Huve, here in New York City, Camp Undefeated. Today, we'll try to break a board. Our next break is a power break. It's an elbow break, using our opponent to hold the board, our partner to hold the board. Make sure it's lined up properly. His shoulder and lower arm both support the board; make sure that it doesn't go through or doesn't move. Here, our body is positioned perpendicularly towards the board, so my elbow will be able to go through the board. My elbow will try to fly toward his chest. It's very important not to stop. If you stop you don't have the proper power. If you stop, you're injuring your arm instead of breaking the board. So one more time, walking stance, nice and easy, our shoulder move.
