"LASZLO HUVE: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Laszlo Huve, here in New York City, Camp Undefeated. Today, we'll try to break a board. Our next break is a speed break, two suspended boards with a fist. Our opponent--we're going to make sure that our opponent or our partner will position the board in the right height. The height of the strike is the height of my shoulders. I want to make sure that my two knuckles, with my wrist, elbow, and shoulder are positioned in one straight line. I want to make sure that my body lends me the flexibility to extend, to hit as fast as possible, to be able to break, with a speed, the board in the right place and right time. It's very important not to be pushing the board; otherwise the board will fly without breaking. Again, shoulders, hip, breathing--each three has to move hand-in-hand when you're ready--getting ready to break."
