"LASZLO HUVE: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Laszlo Huve, here in New York City, Camp Undefeated. Today, we'll try to break a board. Our next break its a knife hand strike, two boards. Again, let's make sure that the boards are properly positioned on the cinder block, make sure that the spaces are evenly distributed, make sure that it's in the middle of the cinder block. Okay? Next, we have to focus our body. Make sure that you're in a walking stance. You are-- because the knife hand strike, the body, your shoulders, is aligned up with the line of breaking. Make sure you could go low, make sure you give mobility, and distance yourself to be able to go through the boards. Okay? knife hand strike. Your arm will come vertically down, right down half of the board, breaking the board into two boards. Ready? Next break. It's very important to go through, very important not to stop in the moment of breaking."
