"LASZLO HUVE: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Laszlo Huve, here in New York City, Camp Undefeated. Today, we'll try to break a board. Next break is a power break. Usually it's two or more boards. You have two options: you could have spacers or no spacers between them. It's very important, again, how you setting up. Make sure that the boards are perfectly aligned; they are standing secure on the cinder blocks. Make sure that your body is positioned in the right direction. Our main focus is for the fist to go through the two boards, so we have to align our body properly. First our hip, walking stance. My shoulder will come right above my striking point. Going through the board, I have to use power but also speed. Again, very important how we're lining up the fist: two knuckles, wrist, elbow, shoulder. It's very important not to stop. It's very important to be able to go through these two boards. So we have to breathe in and move very fast and very precisely."
