"LASZLO HUVE: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Laszlo Huve, here in New York City, Camp Undefeated. Today, we'll try to break a board. Our next break is a knife hand strike, reach hand, reverse knife hand strike on a suspended board, midair. Okay? Again, what we want to focus on--our partner holds the board in the right angle. Usually, you try to get the hitting angle in the same line with your shoulder, not lower, not higher. You're positioning your body in the same line with the board. You're in a loose walking stance, your hip is released a little bit; it's relaxed, relatively lower. We will try to have to go through the board. So for people who have less flexibility, they have to move a little forward. People with more flexibility and more hip flexibility will stay in the same line. The next move, we try to move forward and break the board. Here's the recap again. It's very important to stay in the same line with the board and make sure you go through. Don't stop; otherwise the board will not break. You have to go through, have a clean cut. Your body is moving forward and all this force has to go through the board."
