"LASZLO HUVE: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Laszlo Huve, here in New York City, Camp Undefeated. Today, we'll try to break a board. Our next break will be a knife hand strike and our partner supports the board. The difference between partner supported and fixed board is that actually you could raise the level or lower the level. It depends on your height. If you have the cinder blocks, you have to lower the body. So this one actually is supposed to make it easier, okay? The only problem is if the opponent moves at the same time, but your break is supposed to be faster. The faster you move, the better you move, the less mistakes could be made. Okay, my positioning again, hip is positioned facing forward, chest looking at your opponent. Breathing in, make sure that your breath moves together with your arm, okay? Next one is speed. So we try to aim and try in the middle and moving forward. Ready? If you noticed, that we tried to move faster, we tried to position our body better, because we want to make sure that our opponent is not moving."
