"LASZLO HUVE: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Laszlo Huve, here in New York City, Camp Undefeated. Today, we'll try to break a board. Our next thing we will proceed with is one board breaking power break with the fist supported by opponent or partner. Okay? Usually, we try to place the board in the same height with our shoulder. Okay? We're centering our body, looking at our opponent, imagining them and not hitting the board, but we're going through and trying to reach our opponent's chest. Number two, positioning our hip. Our hip has to release our body, release the movement forward to be able--for us to be able to go through the board. Number four, its breathing. Breathing out and you knock all these three moves in one smooth forward movement. Okay? Make sure that your opponent is not moving, you're breathing. Just one move...one move with the breathing together."
