"LASZLO HUVE: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Laszlo Huve, here in New York City, Camp Undefeated. Today, we'll try to break a board. Our next break is one board breaking, power break, with the fist. Okay? What do you need for it? It's three things: positioning the body, you need the board to be placed in a proper position, and breathe. Our first step is, after we checked the board is properly placed, okay--our position. We want to have a shoulder length position away from the board, which will give us the mobility to go down, deep down. Okay? Our position, it's a loose walking stance. Our gravity is dropped a little bit. Weight is dropped. Okay? Number two is breathing. Breathe in, breathe out. Usually, people that exhale, they have a kiai or they have a fast movement without extra fast spaced exhalation and they are ready to start breaking. Right? And moving softly to the board."
