"Hi! This is Keith Sewell on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, we're going to look out how to dress for volleyball, what to wear. If you're going to play indoors, you're going to be playing inside and you're probably just going to want to wear some comfortable like t-shirt and shorts. You want to make sure that these aren't too baggy. You're going to be moving around a lot and you don't want a big shirt to be hampering your arm swing or big baggy shorts that are going to end up slowing you down as you try to get quick to balls and try to get around. It's going to be an obstacle getting to the ball. In fact, many girls like to wear the spandex bottoms just because they're tight. They hug to the body and they're not going to hanging around bouncing back and forth as you're trying to get to the ball. You want to keep your hair out of your face as much as possible. Ponytails and headbands can do the trick for this. You're probably not going to want to wear a hat either as it can block your preferable view and get in your way of your arm swing as well. Another thing you might want to consider is wearing kneepads. They can really help, especially if you're playing indoor and if you're playing like we spoke of before, on a hardwood floor sport court, it's going to be really hard. If you fall on your knees, it's going to hurt if you don't have any padding on it. A lot of people choose to wear these soft sort of foam knee pads. They really can help absorb some shock and some of those falls. If you're playing outdoor, you're probably going to want to wear something similar to what you'd swim in. You're going to be in the sand and you're going to be in the sun. You want to wear something accordingly. You're probably going to want to wear sunglasses. You've got the sun in your eyes all day. As you're looking at balls that are coming over the net or you're getting ready to hit, chances are that you're going to probably look straight into the sun at times and you're going to want to wear sunglasses to help protect you with that. Also, you don't want to forget sun block. The sun's going to be beating down on you all day. You can be playing back-to-back games all day, and you want to protect your skin because the sun is going to beat down on you."
