" Hi this is Ken, I'm talking to you about the basics of beginning golf. Once we have the grip down, the next thing is to practices the swing. You put the ball down, you bend you legs, basically and coming up in slow motion. You bring the head back and your left arm stays stiff, and your right arm is slightly bent. You come up to the shoulder and you twist at the waist, and the weight is on your back foot. Then as you swing through the ball you shift the weight to your forward foot coming through the ball keeping, your head down in a nice gentle arch. Once again slowly coming back up left arm is stiff, right arm is bent and into, position you shift your weigh to your back foot. Shifting your weight again keeping, your head down looking at the ball shifting to the right foot on the basic swing. Balance is very important and shifting the weigh is very important as well. Thank you very much!"
