"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Kendall James. I am the quarterback for the Knights of Miami Semi Pro Team and today I am going to teach you how to play quarterback. Right now what we are going to go over is what we call start and stance. You must have both of your feet shoulder width. You don't want them too wide, you don't want them to close. You want them shoulder width. Bend your knees slightly. You want to slightly bent right on your knee. Once you get up underneath the center, you want to interlock your hand. Do not have them wide because you will fumble. You want them the same where you interlock both hands. Now at the same time, I am going to have my back up so I will be able to look both sides. You shouldn't be lumped over the center. You should not be too far back. You have to make sure that you in there good, bent and not get a snap. "
