"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Kendall James. I am quarterback for Knights of Miami Semi Pro Team and today I am going to teach you how to play quarterback. Okay right now we are going to emphasize on our leg once again. This is another stretching method good for the inside quad. What we are going to do is get in our stance, stretch, come over, going to reach. That's all you do is open, come over and reach. So right now I'm going to go. I'm going to stretch the inside. Draw, come over, stretch, stretch and make sure you emphasize on that reach. You've got to emphasize as much as possible because you want the best stretch you can get. Go, reach. "
