"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Kendall James I'm a quarterback of the Knights of Miami minor team and today I'm going to teach you how to play quarterback. Okay one thing is very important is equipment. Everything that you wear in football is for your own safety. Your helmet, shoulder pads, thigh pad, knee pad, hip pad. But one thing a quarterback should wear is rib protection. Right now I don't have nothing to demonstrate but you need to protect your rib because when you are standing at a variable position and you have a defense line man or a line back with a blind side here you want to be protected as much as possible. So rib pads are really important. You and to get you some shoulder pads that come right over your shoulders you don't want to long to bit, you want them close to your shoulders. We want a helmet that fits fairly tight. So from here to toe make sure you wear all of your equipment. "
