"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Kendall James I'm a quarterback of the Knights of Miami minor team and today I'm going to teach you how to play quarterback. Okay now stretching is very important. I know a lot of people emphasis with the quads, hamstrings, calf muscles, yes they are very important but as a quarterback you got make sure your use your waste line as well as your arm. Okay we are going to stretch right now one of the things that we want to do is our arm up. Put your arm right here and push back so we can stretch that muscle this is one of the things that we stretch. Okay another stretch is you put your arm straight out and you turn yourself like twirl a nice motion, now go back the other way with it. Okay now you are losing up your joints on your shoulders. Okay one more stretch we are going to do is the weight. Okay that is good for the hips so when you open up everything is all well and done. "
