"Now, after you've done all that work you deserve a stretch. So, what we're going to do is a cobra stretch, stretching those abdominal muscles. Keeping your feet flat, keeping that pelvis down to the floor, pushing up with your arms, keeping your elbows tight to the body, going back down, relaxing. When you come up you basically want to exhale, and you can still inhale while you're up, and exhale, and then go down, relaxing. Now, after you do that three or four times you go right into what we call the cat stretch. And so what Coria is going to do is actually push up and get on her knees and go right into that stretch. Basically what you're doing is pushing the back up, just like a cat does, OK? On your knees, you're hands are directly below your shoulders, OK, legs at a ninety degree angle, OK? Now, when you come down I want her to exhale now, "Lift your head up for me Coria", good job. Inhaling and then exhale coming down, inhaling, big back filling with air, exhale. And so now you have a complete work out. I hope you enjoyed yourselves today and we'll come back with a summary of what we've done today, listing the, from cardio to stretching, to strength training, to core, then to stretching once again and basically having one great day of working out. Our segments, once again, to review, cardio, stretching, strength training, core training, stretching once again. Make sure you're burning fat and also doing it on a budget."
