"Now we move to the fun part. We move from our strength training to our core training phase and we have the ball abdominal crunch that Coria is going to illustrate for us. Very good form, opening those abdominal muscles, squeezing at the top, exhaling coming up, inhaling going down, not pulling the head, but the hands are basically just resting just behind the head. Or, my favorite position is the "nanananana" where your hands are just beside the head, to make sure you're not pulling your head up injuring the neck. Squeezing with those abdominal muscles, doing this once again, for the beginner, fifteen times and for the advanced person, doing it thirty times. And moving into our next exercise, which will actually get those lower abdominal muscles."
