" Hi, I am Kinsey Snyder on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip we are going to talk about fixing and repairing ball marks. I have just hit my approach shot into the green here, as you can see by the ball mark here. Nothing infuriates golfers to have a nice putting surface with tons and tons of unfixed ball marks; it makes a putting green putt untrue, and it can be very difficult. So as we come into this, I am going to take my divot repair tool, you can use a tee, you can get a tool like this, just make sure that you have one. Okay, as I come in you can see I am around the edges here, and I am going to simply twist a little bit, as I come from each side, kind of just pulling the grass up a little bit, right into here, okay, then I take my putter and lightly tap down on it to make it nice and smooth surface, okay, alright, and now I have my ball mark repaired. Now if you can make sure to try and fix 2-3 ball marks for every one you make, help the superintendent out in the golf course, keep the greens in the best shape possible."
