This is very important, okay? When you're walking, you're going to need something to hold on to the entire time. If you have a friend that works too, okay? What you're going to have to do, one foot in front of the other just like walking. Here we go, are you ready? Just make sure your feet are completely flat, alright? The hardest thing about walking on these stilts is and it's very weird but you see this back bow right here, the fiber glass spring that I was telling you about? That thing bends a lot. So, it's not like walking on a regular hard surface. You're going to be bouncing with it, okay? It's very awkward to start out so you gotta be very slow and very patient with this, okay? Walking back and forth, that's the basics on how to walk. Okay, this is a very, very strenuous sport so I don't want anybody to over do it, okay? Once you actually get up and you start walking around, walk around for maybe half an hour or an hour. Take a break, okay? Maybe even the next day, come back do a little bit more, okay? I don't want anybody to get strained out from this, alright? A good website to look at is Poweriser.com as I was explaining before.
