"KEVIN BARRET: Alright, we're back with Expert Village. My name is Kevin Barret. I've taught you all the basics on how to get ready to start stilt walking. Now, I'm going to show you actually how to strap this thing on. Now, it looks complicated, it's not that bad, alright? I've already put on my knee pads, right here. You're going to want to make sure your knee pads are adjusted just under your knee, because that's where your control arm is going to be and that's all the support basically you're going to have once you start jumping. Alright, you're going to place your foot right through the control arm here, all the way down to the base of the stilt right here, that's the foot pad, okay? You're going to want to make sure that your foot and your calf is all the way backed up against the calf support here, okay? Now, just like a roller blade, you're going to strap it on with these racheting straps, okay? Push those on just like that, and the second one, make sure these as tight as possible, alright? Now, it doesn't matter what kind of shoes you'll use, anything is going to work fine, alright? Now, on the back of the stilt here, we have the third strap. This is your last strap that you're going to need to attached here, okay? Pull it right through there. Pull this tight as you can because you're not going to want to fall out of this, alright? Watch that down, take the remaining one right here, and put it right through there. That's how you attach your stilt to your leg."
