"KEVIN BARRET: Hey! I bet you thought we're actually going to be in the air jumping around next, right? Now, first, I'm going to teach you how to adjust your stilt properly, all right? What you're going to need to do is you're going to have to make sure that your control bar right here is actually right below your knee as you see here, okay? If it's not below your knee, if it's above, there is a risk of serious injury, okay? So what you're going to do to adjust this is there are four bolts right here that are Allen wrench bolts, okay? So what you're going to do--I've taken apart one stilt right here. I've taken out the bolts, as you see here. This allows the lever to go up and down, okay? Just like that, and you're going to put it all back together later, all right? But you need to make sure that this control bar is below your knee 'cause if it's above, you're not going to get the right flexibility to move about and walk and run, okay? So that's how you do your control lever. Next, I'm going to show you how to get up on these strap-'em-on and get ready to go, all right?"
