"KEVIN BARRET: Okay, before you even attempt to get on to your jumping stilts, it's always good to have safety in mind, all right? Now, a number of different ways to be safe about using jumping stilts is to wear to helmet, all right? If you don't know what you're doing, get a proper safety helmet, all right? Because you are going to fall, I'm sorry to say it, but this is a dangerous sport. So, use a helmet if you don't know what you are doing, okay? Preferably one that straps to your head, all right? Because you're going to be bouncing around, running, so always wear a safety helmet. The next thing is wrist guards. Now, this is the sport that you're going to fall, and when you fall, it's always--you always want to put your hands in front of you and you're going to hurt yourself, all right? So, this a proper wrist guard right here that straps around. Now, the thing to look forward on wrist guards is not only that it's a big piece of cloth around your wrist but it's got this plastic piece right here. This going to--when you hit the wall or hit the ground, it's not going to mess up your wrist. It's got proper support on the bottom and on top, all right? The next thing you're going to need are shin guards, all right? This you can buy from any sports store. I actually got these at Target. These are going to go up around your knees. It's going to make it so the stilts fit a little bit tighter, plus you're not going to mess up your knees when you're running and jumping around for hours on end, all right? Okay, those are the main things that you're going to need to get up these jumping stilts, all right? And you can buy these at many places, any place that sells sporting goods, biking equipment, rollerblades; that's where you can buy these wrist guards, knee pads and helmets, okay? So, be smart before you get up on this and use all the safety equipment. Now, I know you're ready to begin, but let me show you a couple more things."
