"KEVIN BARRETT: Okay, so far I have taught you how to do the wheelie and how to basically stay in the same spot by spinning in circles. Now, we're ready to move forward and we're going to actually be moving forward and backwards. This is actually really hard and a lot of my friends who know how to wheelchair don't actually know how to do this very well. So, this is an expert advice on how to go forward and backwards without spinning, okay? You're going to be doing the same thing. You popped up into a wheelie right here, and you got your two front wheels off the ground, right? Now, we're going to be doing just like we would if we had our wheels on the ground and you're going to be pushing both hands forward at the same time. It makes it hard because you are rocking and you are trying to stay on that sweet spot, okay? So, as I go, I'm moving both hands at the same time and I can move forward and then, pull 'em back, and I can go backwards. Now, the problem with this is every time you pull backwards, you're forcing your body to go forward like that and every time that you push forward, it's forcing your body to go backwards. So you have to make sure that your center of gravity is constant with the same speed as you do in your hands, all right? Now, some people find it easier to do one hand, one hand, but it's just going to give you a more jerky way of doing it, okay? You're going to be moving forward but you're not going to be moving forward smoothly. So, whatever way you find most comfortable for you, do it that way. But my advice, push both hands, make sure your center of gravity is constant, and you're going to have a lot more stability doing that. So, let's move on to the next clip."
