"KEVIN BARRETT: Okay. Now, you're an expert at rocking. You are up in your wheelchair. You are the master of this. You can go for hours, holding it just like this, rocking back and forth. But now, we want to up it just a little bit, alright? We've got two wheels off the ground. Now, we're going to actually start spinning in circles, okay? Now, this is actually a little bit tough. You're gonna--if you can do this already, you're way ahead of the game, and this may not be that hard for you. So, just like we did when all four wheels are on the ground, we're going to start spinning in circles by pushing one hand more than the other one. So, I'm going to hold my right hand in place and I'm going to push my left hand so make a right-hand turn just like this, alright? So, you'll notice that we start turning just like this, alright? Now, when you're actually in the air just like this, you're actually going to have to be pushing and pulling a little bit with each one because you're still doing that rock like I was telling you about in the previous clip. So when I'm pulling on this left one, I'm pushing on the right one, okay? So, I'm pulling on this one and I'm pushing on the right one. You got that? Okay. So, this is how you're actually spinning in circles on two wheels. All right, stay tuned for the next clip."
