"KEVIN BARRETT: Mike. Mike? Okay, well, we're doing the most important part of wheelchairing, and my special friend is gone. I don't think he's wanted to do this next part. We're going to be doing how to fall correctly without hurting yourself. It is going to happen. You're going to fall. And it's probably not going to hurt that bad as you would think. So, Mike, you sure you don't want to do this buddy, right? Ah whatever, we're going to just do this. Alright, now, once you have learned how to do your wheelie, like Mike showed you earlier, now you're on the wheelie stage, right? We've got it all done. You're bound to fall. Now, when you fall, you have these handles right here, okay. These things are going to stop your fall tremendously. Make sure to keep your head forward when you fall and make you're wearing a helmet because that is going to help a lot. Because most of the time I didn't have it and I was okay, but just in case you whip back and hit your head on a concrete, it's always good to have a helmet. So, we're up and we're wheeling and whatnot, and all of a sudden, oh crap! Ah! Damn. It didn't hurt as bad as you'd think it would be. These things help a lot right here, and since the back right here is pretty good cushion to actually stop you. So that's how you fall correctly. You notice it doesn't hurt that bad. So, in order to actually get up and do a wheelie, you're going to have to take a chance and don't worry about the consequences, it's quite all right."
