"Moving right along, now that you've been doing your hundred rocks on your right foot and your left foot, now we're going to be doing rocks and balancing with one foot, all right. Now this is going to just get you a little bit more dominant with each foot, okay. So when you're going to rock, now you just have one foot off, okay. So, you're just going to rock back and forth, for as best you can, with one foot, all right. That's what you're going to do. Then, once you get done with that, do a hundred rocks on the other foot, okay, with one foot off, okay. Then, after you're finished with both a hundred right-foot rocks, with your left foot off, hundred left-foot rocks with your right foot off, then you're going to move to putting your foot on the tire, okay. So now I have my dominant foot all the way down at six o'clock, my left foot, my less dominant foot, on the actual tire. Now I'm going to be rocking with my left foot on the tire, okay. All these techniques are just getting you a little bit more familiar with the way the unicycle moves underneath you, okay. This is just going to prove to make it a lot easier in balancing when you're actually ready to go."
