"I've now shown you how to hold the dart right. Two fingers, one thumb. The wrong way of course was this way, over the shoulder, you're never going to be able to see where the heck it's going. The right way of throwing the dart is just like this. I have the board right there, let's just say we're aiming for the six, I want to hit the six. So I have the dart, held exactly in the way that I want it, then I'm going to extend my arm. This is preference, a lot of people like to stand completely sideways and aim, some people like to stay straight on, it's your preference on exactly what feels best for you. You're going to aim the point of the dart exactly at the six then when you come back, you're going to come back, you're going to come back just to about your face, don't come back here because you're going to loose sight of exactly where you're pointing. So right here, you're going to come back, extend and throw. That's exactly how to aim your dart when throwing."
