Series Summary

Darts is a variety of games in which a dart, a small pointy arrow-like object, is thrown at a wooden or rubber board. The board is traditionally divided into 20 sections with a "bull" in the middle. the story goes that British soldiers one day started throwing broken off arrow tips at stumps to pass the time and eventually developed it into different games. In 1896, Brian Gamlin, developed the traditional dart board that is still used today in bars and pubs all throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States. Dart games can be a lot of fun, but are not easy to master, tips on strategies are never a bad idea for those wanting to dive into the exciting world of dart playing.

Even for beginners, learning to play darts is simple. Once the throwing techniques is down, the only thing standing in your way is practice and learning new darts games. "Hi how's it going? my name is Kevin Barrett and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to throw darts. I have a couple of different games that I'm going to be showing you here. I'm an expert at darts, I actually learned a few years back from my brother who is an amazing dart player and we've been in a couple of competitions and done really well. I'm going to show you exactly how to throw darts with expert accuracy. Alright, I'm going to show you everything that you're going to need to know about how to play the game of darts. What do all these numbers mean, what do these rings mean, I know that's a bulls eye, but that what does that mean right? I'm going to teach you two specific games. One is called threes' company and the other one is called cut throat or better known as last man standing. These are two games that are very very important in the game of darts. A lot of competitions and a lot of money are won off this.
