"Hi, I'm Kevin Byford with the Ski and Snowboard School of Aspen on behalf of Expert Village. Okay important thing, for your next toe side gong. We've started downhill; we want to make sure our weight is 50/50 on both feet. In order to do that our shoulders should be parallel to the pitch of the hill or to the board. So watch as I go downhill and my shoulder drops and goes down with the board. There you go weights even, now it's slow to turn round and come back up. Okay, so here we are ready to make our first turn. Key thing in our first turn is how to initiate the turn. We've done it already on the garlands, let's go repeat it. We're going to go across my toes, I'm going to release my edge and press my heels so that the board goes downhill and flat, and then keep pressing my heels to get across the hill. That's one turn; I'll copy that with my toe side turn. Let's go. On my toes, going across now pressing my heels, let the board go flat, looking over my shoulder, lifting my heel up and a perfect turn. Now I press down on my toes, let the board go flat, keep pressing my toe, looking up the hill. Beautiful. There we have it."
