"Hi, I'm Kevin speaking on behalf of Expert Village on hiking. We've talked a little bit about gear that needs to be brought along, but on a hike lasting more than a day, two days, maybe even three days you're going to have quiet a load that you're carrying just for yourself. You're going to be bringing emergency supplies for medical purposes, you're going to be bringing your food, you're going to be bringing several changes of clothing, you're going to be bringing various items such as insect repellent and other products. You're going to need a conditioning that will allow you to carry that much weight, if you're hiking for two or even three days."
