"Hi, I'm Kevin speaking on behalf of Expert Village on hiking. One of the things that you want to look at is weather, you want to in advance determine what the weather is going to be like, which is obvious. But you're also need to look at your extremes, the night temperatures versus the heat of the day. You may find that you'll dress for a fairly warm day, but you may be in a climate or a zone where it gets rather cold at night. A lot of people come out into a situation where they're hiking and they're not physically ready for it. The average person in America today is eating too much and not getting enough exercise and a lot of people think they can just show up at some trail, no problem walk it through, unfortunately that's not the case."
