"Ok, the next stretch we'll do is called the hurdler stretch. And they call it the hurdler stretch because it looks like you're jumping hurdles. What you do is pull, we'll start with the right leg, and pull your right leg back to where it makes an L shape. And try to get it at, your legs at a ninety degree angle if possible. Then, you'll touch your toes. Try to put your head to your knee like we did with the toe stretch. Try to go down as far as possible. Hold it for eight seconds. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, then come up. Next, we'll lean back to stretch out this park of our leg, ok? And hold it for eight seconds. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Then come up and we'll do the left leg, same way. Go down, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Come up, then we'll lean back. Hold it for eight seconds. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, then come up. And that's the end of the hurdler stretch."
