"Ok, the next stretch we'll do is the elbow stretch. What you do is, put your arm behind your head, like so, and grab your elbow with the other hand and try to pull it down almost to your back or behind your neck. Not too far, just enough to where you feel the stretch and hold it for eight seconds. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Then do the other arm. I'm going to turn around so you can see the back. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. What this stretch is good for is your back triceps so when your shooting."
