We're going to work on our glutes, our buns, our thighs, our inner thighs, our outer thighs, the hamstrings, the back of your legs, your quadriceps, the front of your legs, your calves. Overall just like sculpting and toning and tightening and firming, firming your legs and they look sleek and sexy. I've been teaching and personally training for over 8 years and I'm so happy to be here to let you know that I have clients that come every single day to me wanting to know how they can shape and tone their legs and their buns, their thighs and I'm just going to be happy to introduce some of my secrets to you. My clients range from anywhere from pageant title holders, stay at home moms to high school football team. I'm just very happy to be here and I hope you enjoy. Today we're going to talk about legs and giving you the sleek, sexy, tone sculpted from the waist down as we can get. So I'm going to go through lunges and working on your quadriceps and your hamstrings, glutes, and lots of squats focusing on the inner and outer thighs which are known as your abductors and abductors. Also going to be working on your calves, and overall just a complete total body sculpting routine that you can do in the comfort and privacy of your own home. I know a lot of women are typically, very self conscious and concerned about their legs and you know the cellulite on the backs of them and everything. I'm happy that I can just perform some of these techniques and these exercises that you can do at your home. So you can say good bye to those problem areas."
