" Here we have a high end butcher knife that we use in the kitchen. This can be used for carving or cutting or whatever. This would be a good knife to be cutting the Thanksgiving turkey with, and also cut fruit or vegetables with it. It can be quite a dangerous knife. It does not have too sharp of a point but it does have a point on there that could be used to thrust, so it can be dangerous. This can be used primarily for like cutting a roast or cutting a large piece of meat, but you want to be especially careful with this knife because if you dropped it, you could cut your foot with it if you weren’t careful. "
