on 7/17/2009 I assure you these drills are not good. Josh Blair is a mediocre coach as he was a player. Beginners should start with learning to trap the ball, passing, getting better touches etc. They shouldn't really be learning poly metrics if they can't even pass it right. What a waste of time and energy to make these films, I mean come on now did you really have to do a full minute or two of each drill? Wow what an amateur!

on 8/2/2008 Beginners should start with just kicking the ball, passing the ball and running with the ball. And having some fun while they do it. All these drills will bore your players to death. No wonder you lot prefer baseball.
