on 7/17/2009 I assure you these drills are not good. Josh Blair is a mediocre coach as he was a player. Beginners should start with learning to trap the ball, passing, getting better touches etc. They shouldn't really be learning poly metrics if they can't even pass it right. What a waste of time and energy to make these films, I mean come on now did you really have to do a full minute or two of each drill? Wow what an amateur!
