on 7/17/2009 I assure you these drills are not good. Josh Blair is a mediocre coach as he was a player. Beginners should start with learning to trap the ball, passing, getting better touches etc. They shouldn't really be learning poly metrics if they can't even pass it right. What a waste of time and energy to make these films, I mean come on now did you really have to do a full minute or two of each drill? Wow what an amateur! YOU DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO ROLL THE BALL OVER!

He's the head soccer coach? The local under fives team plays better 'soccer'.

on 8/2/2008 Josh i dont know if you teach this to your players but this is slow and incorrect. you want to use alot of speed and sure foot placement not what ever that was.
