" Hi! My name is Josh Blair, boys’ soccer coach at Waterford High School. Next is the 12-minute drill. One minute of foundations, dribbling the ball between the ankles. One minute of toe touches on top of the ball with the break in between each set. Then doubles, 2 minutes of foundations, 2 minutes with touches on the ball. Done with a partner therefore you get 12 minutes of drills. Foundations. "

on 7/17/2009 I assure you these drills are not good. Josh Blair is a BAD coach as he was a player. Beginners should start with learning to trap the ball, passing, getting better touches etc. They shouldn't really be learning poly metrics if they can't even pass it right. What a waste of time and energy to make these films, I mean come on now did you really have to do a full minute or two of each drill? Wow what an amateur!
