Soccer (or football) is an international sport that is played at all levels of skill, age and competitiveness. Two teams (made up of eleven players each) pair up against one another and try to kick a soccer ball into the opposing team’s goal. There are various positions played including goalkeepers, defenders, stopper, fullback, sweeper, offense, wingback, mid-fielders, winger, strikers and forwards. Practice makes perfect, especially when it comes to sports like soccer.

on 7/17/2009 I assure you these drills are not good. Josh Blair is a mediocre coach as he was a player. Beginners should start with learning to trap the ball, passing, getting better touches etc. They shouldn't really be learning poly metrics if they can't even pass it right. What a waste of time and energy to make these films, I mean come on now did you really have to do a full minute or two of each drill? Wow what an amateur!

on 8/2/2008 well you at least show you know nothing about football(soccer as you call it) thats a kiddie way of kicking a ball, i played for 15 yrs , and there's no power with that kick, i suggest you travel to england to learn properly, then come back in ten years when you have practised a little more, as for coaching the game, try something else please
