" Hi! My name is Julio Anta from Anta’s Fitness & Self Defense in Miami, Florida. My website is www.antakungfu.com. We are doing Southern Kung Fu. To continue with the southern Kung Fu something every important, the southern styles are also known for their continuous non-stop attacks, or continuous fist. The basics to it, is learning your reverse punch back fist. Slow the way it works is… for training purposes you can do it in a horse stance from here or here. Reverse punch, back fist, reverse punch, back fist. But for practical purpose, and you’re sparring and you are fighting someone, it really confuses the guy, you throw your reverse punch or your jab, he blocks and like a springboard you smack him in the back of the nose. So it would be like this….So you are hitting first and we never fake. My first punch is to knock the wind out of him. If he blocks it, it doesn’t matter because my real intent was to punch him in the nose. Remember think of it as a springboard. He blocks, you smack. And it depends on the block he does to be able to do this, but remember that all your punches are supposed to be soft, they tighten up in the moment of the impact and they come, it comes back in faster than it goes out."
