"Hi my name is Julio Anta from Anta’s Fitness and Self Defense in Miami, Florida and our website is www.antakungfu.com. We are going to demonstrate now an upper cut. You are going to do with your front hand and back hand. We are going to start with our back hand upper cut. Move, move, move As you can see what she is doing is she is coming from under the jaw, perfect body alignment, shoulder width. As we explained earlier her heel comes up, she is turning her hip and she is hitting right under the jaw. A very powerful punch and she is flea swapping. That means she is going very swap because there is nothing to hit. If she was hitting a bag, she would tighten up the moment of impact but right now she is totally loose, totally relaxed, her shoulders are relaxed and now I want her to demonstrate the upper cut with the front hand. Same thing, see her heel coming up, her hips turning. She is breathing all of the time and you can hear her breathing motion, not holding her breath. Exhaling as she strikes. This is a great movement any for fitness. It is a functional move working the entire body. Here she is switching to upper cut with the front and the back. Working her entire body, her abs, her gleaks, her innercoastal, her legs and she is totally relaxed as she is punching. Very good for fitness kickboxing class also or for a boxing match, kick boxing match or if you are in a street fight and you need to knock someone out quick. "
